In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, richwaybiomats.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. richwaybiomats.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Richway International, Inc. shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge minus any charges from the credit card company for such action only.

Returns

RichWay International, Inc. warranty term is 1 year. If there are any problems with the product, the company will repair or exchange the product. The complete warranty is included with the product. The manufacturers' warranty covers repair or replacement of defective parts, subject to the conditions set forth. Shipping charges are not refundable. We do not pay for postage on returns. International customers are responsible for duty taxes and shipping if order is refused.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for exchange or refund (excluding shipping and handling charges) within 30 days subject to less refund depending on refund period. You may cancel this transaction without any penalty or obligation within 7 days after receipt of the product. If you cancel any payment made by you under the contract or sale will be returned following receipt by RichWay of your product for return.
If you cancel, you must return the product in substantially as good condition as when received any goods delivered to you under the contract or sale. Call RichWay for a return authorization number which you write on the package under their address. Item(s) must be shipped back to RichWay International. All returned merchandise must be in original factory condition, including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals, warranty cards (not filled-out) and all accessories. Please do not tape or write anything on the item! We will charge you for replacement of damaged, altered, missing, written-on or taped-on contents or cartons. We reserve the right to refuse any such returns.
Please pack the products into a shipping box with plenty of packing material, and tape securely. You can use the original shipping carton it was shipped to you in.
Please ship your parcel back to RichWay freight prepaid! We suggest that you use UPS Ground Service "Insured." Sorry, we cannot accept COD or freight-collect shipments. Refund period: 1-7 days from date of delivery receive full 100% refund. 8-14 days from date of delivery receive 70% refund. 15-30 days from date of delivery receive 50% refund. 31 or more days from delivery date receive 0% refund.

Warranty Information

Richway gives a full warranty on its products for one year. You can extend that warranty into the second and third years should you need them. What that means that if sometime in the second year your product malfunctions, you can call Richway at (808) 589-2800 and purchase a second year warranty for the price that product cost you in shipping. (Example: Your Professional Biomat needs repair in year two so the price of the warranty would be $60 because that is what the shipping cost of that product is). Same goes for the third year but it doubles ($120 for the Professional). The good news is that you need not purchase that warranty unless you need it and if not, you pay nothing.

DELIVERY AND LEAD TIME:
Some shippers do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays (even for express shipping), the actual delivery date may differ from the estimated transit time. For example: A Next Day Air order, leaving our warehouse on a Friday for New York, will not arrive until Monday, even though it has a one day transit time.

GROUND SHIPPING:
Orders for items that are in stock are usually shipped within 48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. Barring exceptions, these orders ship out Monday through Friday at around 4:30 pm HST.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING:
For 2nd day air per box (pillow and mat are in separate containers) additional for both to arrive 2nd Day) Please call for overseas rates. These orders are given top priority. Expedited orders for items that are in stock are usually shipped within 24 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. Barring exceptions, these orders ship out Tuesday through Friday around 2:30 PM HST.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Occasionally we have to alter our shipping schedule due to holidays and/or unforeseen causes.

In observance of the Christmas Holiday's, no packages will be mailed during this period. To receive your packages BEFORE Christmas, we recommend you order any items before December 15th. We cannot guarantee delivery of any package before Christmas after this date. If you'd like to expedite your order, please contact us immediately after placing your order.
